Complaints and Feedback

 

If you have feedback, a suggestion or a complaint, we encourage you to notify us either verbally, in writing or via our suggestion box at the practice.

We believe most complaints can be responded to and resolved at the time the patients or other people such as carers, relatives, friends, or other consumers make them known to our team. If the matter cannot be resolved, you are entitled to contact the external health complaints agency for our state.
