Telehealth Appointments
Telehealth consultations are available for eligible patients where clinically appropriate.
Telehealth appointments may be suitable for:
• Repeat prescriptions
• Review of test results
• Follow-up of existing conditions
• Other issues where a physical examination is not required
How to access telehealth:
• Please contact reception by phone to book an appointment.
• Our team will advise whether telehealth is appropriate for your clinical needs.
• Telehealth consultations are conducted via phone or video, depending on availability.
Medicare eligibility and billing for telehealth consultations apply in accordance with current guidelines.
Home Visits
Home visits may be available for regular patients of the practice who are unable to attend the clinic due to medical reasons.
How to request a home visit:
• Please contact the practice by phone as early in the day as possible.
• Requests are triaged by the doctor and are subject to availability and clinical appropriateness.
• Home visits are usually provided within the local area and during normal consulting hours.
If a home visit is not suitable or available, alternative care options may be discussed.
Walk-In Patients
Our practice primarily operates on an appointment-based system to ensure continuity of care and adequate consultation time for all patients.
Walk-In Arrangements
• Walk-in patients may be accommodated subject to doctor availability.
• Walk-ins are usually triaged by reception staff and may be asked to wait or book the next available appointment.
• Priority is given to patients with booked appointments.
For urgent or emergency medical concerns, patients should call 000 or attend the nearest emergency department.
Same-Day & Urgent Appointments
Where possible, we aim to accommodate urgent medical issues on the same day. Please contact reception as early as possible so appropriate arrangements can be made.

For medical needs outside our opening hours, we partner with Sydney Medical Service & National Home Doctor Service to provide bulk-billed, after-hours home visits. Care is available when the clinic is closed, ensuring continued support for our patients.
