Taylah is passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their nutrition-related goals and optimising their health to feel their best. Her aim is to instil confidence in her clients, increase their nutrition and health knowledge, support them in their nutrition journey and help them create healthy lifestyle habits to manage chronic disease.

Taylah has been following a plant-based diet for the last 5 years and is extremely passionate about plant-based nutrition. Other areas of interest for Taylah include sports nutrition, women’s health, food allergies/intolerances and general healthy eating.
Taylah can also assist in conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, oncology, weight gain/loss and others
